Honolulu may be in paradise, but that doesn’t mean it’s beautiful. The annual street-art festival POW WOW is set on changing that. Artists are given run-down walls and left to do their thing.
The goal is to inspire Hawaiian art culture – and it’s certainly making the city more interesting, too.
