The idea for this came out of Toronto creative agency Garden Collective. The video, which is paired with a hashtag, Twitter handle and Instagram page, has quickly gone viral and become internationally known. Through #tellamericaitsgreat, thousands of people have jumped on board and shared what they love about America. As a response to the kind words, #tellcanadathankyou began trending on Twitter this week and Jimmy Kimmel made a video on his show sharing everything we love about Canada. This may not solve the political uncertainty our country is facing, but it does serve as a reminder of the power of human kindness. Canada, we think you are great too!
