We draw inspiration from everywhere. Clients. Competitors. Inspirational companies. Nature. YouTube. Books. Deers that wander across our street mid-day.
But the most common place we come up with good ideas is from each other. In his book Where Good Ideas Come From, author Steven Johnson outlines how humans discover new ideas. The synopsis? Good ideas come slowly, are built on the shoulders of generations of prior good ideas, and emerge in the context of human connection.
